A total of 2,952 vessels are currently active on global sanctions lists. In the last 24 hours, there were no new vessel designations, no delistings, and no changes to vessel flags, names, or operators recorded.
During the last 24 hours, 25 sanctioned vessels were identified at various maritime chokepoints. In the Mediterranean West, four vessels were tracked: the bulk carrier BEHDOKHT (IMO 9405978, Iran flag), the crude oil tanker HAPPINESS (IMO 9212905, Iran flag), the bulk carrier ENISEY (IMO 9079169, Russia flag), and the crude oil tanker NS BURGAS (IMO 9411020, Gabon flag). The Suez chokepoint saw two vessels: the chemical/oil tanker Serenade (IMO 9318541, Barbados flag) and the products tanker Sensus (IMO 9296585, Liberia flag).
Other chokepoint activity included one vessel at the Strait of Hormuz, the ABBA (IMO 9051624, Iran flag), and one vessel at China East, the FIONA (IMO 9365752, Panama flag). In Northwest Europe, three vessels were noted: the Nordstraum (IMO 9036284, unknown flag), the Vladimir Latyshev (IMO 9921996, Russia flag), and the Valamour (IMO 9832559, Panama flag). One vessel, the BORACAY (IMO 9332810, unknown flag), was identified at the Malacca chokepoint.
Additional sanctioned vessels were recorded at specific ports, including the HEDY (IMO 9212888, Iran flag) at port GWOXB and port PTSIE, and the Ariadne (IMO 9397547, Barbados flag) at port RULED and port RUVYG. Other vessels tracked at ports included NASHA (IMO 9079107, Iran flag), NS Bravo (IMO 9412359, Gabon flag), Proxima (IMO 9329655, Barbados flag), NS Pride (IMO 9322956, Gabon flag), and North Air (IMO 9953509, Panama flag) at the Cape.
