During the last 24 hours, 25 sanctioned vessels were identified at various maritime chokepoints and ports. The Suez area saw the highest concentration with four vessels: NS Bravo (IMO 9412359, Gabon flag), Sensus (IMO 9296585, Liberia flag), Orient Harmony (IMO 9620633, Panama flag), and Topaz (IMO 9292034, Barbados flag). The Mediterranean West region included three vessels: Marie De Lourdes I (IMO 8688183, Malta flag), BEHDOKHT (IMO 9405978, Iran flag), and Lady R (IMO 9161003, Russia flag). Other monitored locations included the port of Egypt Suez, where the HS Everett (IMO 9410870, Liberia flag) was noted, and the port of Egypt Adabi, where the Sensus (IMO 9296585, Liberia flag) was identified. Additional vessels were tracked at the port of Egypt Port Said, including the HS Everett (IMO 9410870, Liberia flag), Li Bai (IMO 9589750, Panama flag), and WU TONG (IMO 9306627, unknown flag). Other single vessel sightings occurred at the port of Indonesia Bitung (FIONA, IMO 9365752, Panama flag), the port of Brazil Santos (NASHA, IMO 9079107, Iran flag), the port of Russia Novorossiysk (Mekhanik Makarin, IMO 8904379, Russia flag), the port of Turkey Iskenderun (ENISEY, IMO 9079169, Russia flag), the port of Russia Kordograd (Proxima, IMO 9329655, Barbados flag), the port of Turkey Tekirdağ (SI HE, IMO 9378618, Panama flag), the Red Sea (Trust, IMO 9382798, Barbados flag), the Malacca Strait (SCF Primorye, IMO 9421960, Liberia flag), and the port of Russia Ust-Luga (Talisman, IMO 9292060, Barbados flag). The vessel Vladimir Latyshev (IMO 9921996, Russia flag) was also recorded at the port of France Le Havre.
